Pros

Quirky , different - great free beer every month . Some really great people - bring your dog to work is ok!

Cons

No financial planning or care of how they treat people I was employed in a senior role and within 4 weeks they realised they didn't have the financial capacity to carry out the construction monies for the expansion in Europe they recruited for. Poor planning and serious worry about the way the company is run

Everyone is absolutely on board with our mission. To make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are and that makes BrewDog a very special place to work! Extremely fast paced environment with an amazing buzz about the place!

Cons

Not necessarily a con but we do run lean as a company and you have to be ready to give 100% and more!
