Pros

Great opportunities for training and development if you personal put in the hours. A few more pros, I do not wish to go into further detail.

Cons

Bars division management turn over it very high! There are many reasons for this. As a result most of the bars are stretched, functioning with temporary managers and incomplete management teams. Many more cons, I do not wish to go into further detail.

Pros

Our mission is to make everyone as passionate about craft beer as we are. And everything we do is about making this come true. The 2 main areas of focus for BrewDog are beer and people and they really mean it! It is fast paced and frantic but the opportunities for talented people are amazing!

Cons

High expectations and you need to be flexible - I think this is a good thing as you develop hugely as a result but some people may not want this. If you are serious about your career this is a great place to work!

Pros

The people are the best part of working for BrewDog; likeminded and passionate about the success of the company and sharing a love and knowledge of great beer. Everyone is so accepting and will always offer help when needed, even when it's not even remotely their job.The benefits are insane - from the profit share scheme to getting a wee pay-rise every time you pass a beer exam, the management team are really focussed on making it the best place to work. Every day is different which won't suit everyone but it keeps things interesting! Plus free beer every month - what's not to love about that?!

Cons

It's so fast-paced that sometimes you feel a little lost, and if you aren't super organised and on the ball you'll get snowed under. Work/life balance can be tricky to manage here but if you work hard you're sure to be recognised for it.
