      Pros

      BrewDog is an incredible company to work for. We are consistently pushing boundaries, leading the market with flair and innovation. We stand for 2 things, Beer and People and this genuinely feeds into every aspect of our operation. BrewDog is not a job for me, its a way of life! A visionary at the helm and some super awesome leaders throughout the business pushing their team, all underpinned by fantastic beer.....

      Cons

      If you don't 100% buy into what BrewDog stands for, you don't like speed of change, innovation and daily challenges this is probably not the place for you - but who wouldn't want to work in such a stimulating environment?

      Pros

      Working for one of the market leaders. Opportunities to progress within the company. Training is now a lot more structured.

      Cons

      Opportunities to progress are very much location dependent. Their has been possible positive discrimination in regards to employing certain criteria. A lot less freedom than they use to be. Make sure you get your bonus before you announce you're leaving otherwise they use the 'discretionary' wording of your contract to avoid paying you it.

      cool office environment nice facility

      Cons

      Hit or a miss which team you are in - be unfortunate to fall into the wrong team, don't expect any/very little communication, if your face fits you'll be fine but if it doesnt you wont last long
