      Pros

      Amazing team of people who all work exceptionally hard to achieve the same goal - make other people as passionate about craft beer as we are! You can walk in in the morning and learn something completely new every day. The Staff Benefits are the best I've ever had, and probably the best I will ever have!

      Cons

      Can be hectic at times, and some people may not enjoy the unpredictability some days can have, but there are processes being implemented to combat this

      Pros

      Excellent employee benefits scheme recently introduced, including 10% profit share for all employees. Rewarding environment to work in, recognition given where its due and lots of opportunity to excel if you put in the effort.

      Cons

      It's pretty hectic at times but feel that the required structures and appropriate planning is being put in place to take us to the next level.
