Pros

Good health insurance. Okay benefits

Cons

No support from management. The metrics are so high it’s not realistic. They preach love getting feedback but when you approach them with it they make any excuse on why they can’t improve their work flow. They will hire just about anyone who has a pulse but is quick to make up excuses to fire you. The turn over rate is crazy. They will pile work on you with minimal pay and when you want to move up it’s like pulling teeth to get the managers to support you and take you seriously. Micromanaging is to the extreme. Most managers don’t even know the systems and processes that employees do all day and have the audacity to criticize your work.

Pros

The pay was good but only when bonuses were uncapped.

Cons

No more bonuses. They find wack reasons to fire people if they decide they want you gone. Expect you to have a happy cheerful tone when trying to collect money from people in hardships.
