Pros
Incredibly friendly and motivating management who always encourages career opportunities for advancement if you're so inclined to follow that path. Everyone is like family and of my entire time of working anywhere, the management has been the friendliest I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Flexible schedules and great vacation time accrual as well.
Cons
Communication within certain departments could be better - as not every department is always aware of a certain rule or guidline
