I have worked for this company 11 years, we have great Leadership in directing you on the right path of succeeding in moving up in any direction, from Senior Leads, management, IT, which is always available. We have variety of cultures, this company makes you feel like family with everyone always greeting you from employees to management. They have a smoke free environment. Good benefits, security, our CEO Ray Fidel comes in and says hello to everyone and wanting to know what he can do to better the company and listens. They treat us to cookout, company parties, bbq's, And competitions between teams and departments. We even have weight rooms available. Overall we have a good company.
