Pros

Money; most of the bonuses are uncapped and you can really work hard to increase your pay. Additionally, they offer lots of overtime. People; the employees are awesome, it is very diverse with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Training; I had never worked in a call center or anything similar and they quickly brought me up to speed. Plus the training and development is endless after that, you just have to be ambitious and vocal in your pursuit.

Cons

Schedule; you have to work 2-3 different schedules every week, and at least 2 Saturday mornings a month. Parking; arrive early you may have a few minutes walk ahead of you.

Pros

Bridgecrest is a company Im proud to work for. We are always open to changing in this fast paced environment in order to ensure we stay successful company. I love we are not afraid to try something new. If its not a good fit for our company we make changes. We are not stuck on a structure just because "it has always been that way" or "they just changed it, so we can't change it again." If you want a career and not just a job, this is the company for you! The potential for growth potential is only as hard as you are willing to work. If you want to move up within the company they will mentor you and make it happen!

Cons

As with all large companies sometimes the information is not passed along down the chain quick enough in order to be informed. I wouldn't say it stops a person from performing their job however. It would just be nice to have it flow down quicker.

Pros

This is a nice company to work for great benefits, PTO, and the group of people I work with are my work family.

Cons

My department is relatively small so there is not much room for advancement at this time. But I want to help this team grow and be more valued.
