Pros

Bridge crest is an amazing company to work for with amazing benefits (If you have good health you pay very little for health insurance and they pay for schooling) There is so much Room for growth and advancement and its the main reason I came to work for this company.

Cons

Having a split schedule that limits you to having to go to college online compared to in class. Have to take one hour lunch and having to work every other Saturday

Pros

The work environment is great. All the equipment is new and works unlike other collections agencies I've worked for in the past. The staff is friendly and easy to approach. Close to home, quick freeway access too. Always having contests and giving prizes away for hitting goals.

Cons

Parking can be a task, working a split schedule every week, and a bonus structure that splits credit for call in payment.
