Pros

Not a bad starting pay, $15 with degree.. with the new bonus structure, I was getting an extra $1000 a month. The employees are awesome, great personalities.

Cons

Management - every piece of it. This place is highly political. If you are hungry and ambitious, they are scared of you. They don't want you to take their job. So, if you under-perform, they will baby you and coach you, but if you over-perform like me, they find ways to set you up failure so they you can't be promoted. Management will be the down fall of Bridgecrest.

Pros

great pay/bonus hour lunch growth opportunities department contests to boost performance/morale great benefits community programs company always looking for ways to improve tuition reimbursement

Cons

management-sometimes you don't know who to trust work schedule-2 Saturdays a month & having to work nights lack of variety in some areas- unless able to relocate, transferring to other depts is limited (I want to do more without going down the management career path) dress code- should be able to dress down on the weekend dept goals-depending on the time of year, it can be hard to reach
