Pros

The management is so amazing they are great leaders and developers. The position its self is great! The overall atmosphere of the company is very professional, friendly, and we love making money, its very goal driven.

Cons

As a single mother the schedules are not the same everyday. it makes it a little difficult to arrange life outside of work, but working for a company like this makes it worth its wild.

Pros

I've been with Bridgecrest/Drivetime for 4 years. I've never been with a company that shows so much care to their employees across the board. They put forth an effort to progress their employees, which has enabled a lot of promotion from within. The atmosphere is one of inclusion and welcoming. Since day one, I have felt that my voice has continuously been heard.

Cons

Since I have started, I have not been able to find any cons of the job so far. Continuous great experience.

Pros

Bridgecrest has a very friendly environment and there is a lot of opportunities to move up in the company. This company keeps you motivated and takes care of you when you over perform.

Cons

the coffee in the break room is not the best
