Pros

The only good thing about this place is the health insurance which is really affordable and really good coverage

Cons

This is hands down the worst company I've ever worked for in my life and the worst job I've ever had the schedule is constantly changing so there is no stability at all you have to work every other Saturday which is absolutely ridiculous customers hate being called on Saturday and most of them just yell and hang up management is completely and utterly incompetent with exception to a couple of individuals half the staff and management at this place are just so miserable all the time and be prepared to be lied to constantly they do not deliver on any of their promises you will never advance in this company or transfer into a position that you want to be in but they are constantly telling you that you can move up and do anything you want in the company that is a complete and utter falsehood. They are always telling you that they're a big fan of you having a life outside of work and they're really flexible with their PTO this is not true as well you can only take your PTO if they allow it and Lord forbid if you get sick and call in because you will be written up or fired and if by some miracle they don't fire you for calling in they will illegally use your PTO time without your permission also be prepared to be talked down to like you are stupid management and others at this company absolutely love to talk down to people whether it be customers or fellow employees their computer system is a complete and utter joke as well it never functions the way it's supposed to and often crashes it's also extremely complicated to use but they will tell you that it's extremely user-friendly and how proud they are that they designed this system in house (even though it was designed by complete morons that have no call center experience and don't understand the needs of people on the phone in a call center and Lord forbid if you provide them with suggestions to improve it it won't get done and you'll just get talk down to you and made to feel like you are stupid you can lose your job at any time at this place so you are constantly nervous and it doesn't help that management is always monitoring you and breathing rate down your neck and criticizing you it creates a very uncomfortable workspace this company also has a habit of changing policies on the Fly and the general way they do business and then not informing their employees on top of that you can ask one manager a question on policies and procedures and that individual give you one answer what if you ask another person it will be completely different this happens very very often here nobody is on the same page it is complete chaos and I have no idea how they stay in business they treat their employees and customers like garbage and they are ripping off both this company is always complaining that they cannot find enough good people to work there yet every day they fire their best workers or they simply get tired of all the BS and quit this place will take a toll on you and burn you out big-time you will have to deal with rude obnoxious ignorant people everyday and that is just the staff that works there so again I say do not work here whatever you do do yourself a favor go find any other job! Because believe me I could keep going with the complaints and things that are wrong with this place but I just don't have enough time

Pros

Potential to make good bonuses.

Cons

I used to like working here but now is horrible. I was asked to move to another department and I agreed because it had better hours. It turned out to be a bait and switch. Now we have to work several nights until 7 pm and they only gave us a weeks notice and they let us have any other options. They have the nerve to act like it is going to help our performance but really it's just greed. There is a total lack on consideration. They are constantly making changes like this and they don't care if you already had plans that conflict with the change. If they are willing on letting you have the time off you will be forced to use your PTO even though you weren't expecting on having to work in the first place. Nothing is ever good enough and there is a lot of micro managing. Even when we exceed the goals they just want more.
