Pros

The only real reason to work here is to get a bonus check to go along with your regular pay.

Cons

Everything other than the bonus check.

Thank you for sharing your perspective as an employee of more than 5 years. As a company that values growth and longevity, we're glad to see you've stayed with us for quite some time! We want to assure you that we do not take these situations lightly. The DriveTime, Bridgecrest and SilverRock Family was founded with the intention of creating opportunities and improving lives for both our customers and employees. We're disappointed to hear you are feeling as though we are not aligned with that. Through everything we do to foster community and culture, our intention is to create a positive work environment for our employees. As you are a current employee, we encourage you to reach out to Talent Support to discuss your concerns in more detail so that we can use your feedback as we continue to look for areas we can improve.

Pros

8 hour days. Holidays off. PTO time increases each year of service. Can now roll over 80 hours of unused PTO per year, but when you start out you only get about 3.34 per pay period. Carvana side of the business is better than the Drivetime side. Hope you get put with Carvana, as their portfolio just exceeded Drivetimes and will continue to have the biggest growth.

Cons

Yearly reviews only allow for you to go up 3% if you have the highest marks possible. Basically roughly .50 cents a year. No matter how much extra work you do, they never can find it in the budget to increase you beyond that. Don't waste your time trying. Every other saturday is required for you to work a 4 hour shift. The company has had employees working from home for 2 years, but said those same ones can't have the option in the future for "security risks". w So if you want to ever work from home, this will never be the job for you. Incentives for being with the company cap at 5 years. You get nothing special after 5 years of service.
