Pros

Gym onsite, big break room

Cons

Too many to list, but the most micromanaging place I’ve ever been. Within a week I knew it was bad news. The people leading managers have limited experience in leading people and it shows in the attrition and lack of true development of people. They hide things from senior leaders to look better and I was frequently told not to share certain information with the Director of our department. You just can’t be successful that way.

We’re glad you found value in the on-site amenities like the gym and break room, these are just a couple of the ways we aim to support our team’s well-being. We’re committed to transparent, people-first leadership at the Bridgecrest Family of Brands, and to creating a workplace where team members feel supported and set up for success. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect that. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
