They have pretty decent benefit package.

Cons

-Hight turn over. They hire pretty much anybody just to fill up the spot in the class which is crazy when you think they work with children. But at the same time the center is constantly understaffed. - Leadership is so out of touch with what actually happens in the classroom. - Terrible communication - Micromanaging, focusing on how things look instead of what actually practical in the classroom. - No work life balance. Like at all.
