They don't implement the same rules or have the same expectations from one center to the next, or from one school year to the next, or from one Director to the next within the same school. If you're someone who likes to learn the proper procedure for doing things, then follow it, you'll be constantly frustrated and let down because there isn't any enforcement that the Directors and management know and follow the company standards.

Turnover is extremely high. The place is like a revolving door. They have mandatory staff meetings in the evening once a month. The meetings last till 9 pm or 9:30 pm. These are painful to attend after a hard day's work . They do not pay overtime for the entire 2 or 2 + hours that we had to attend. The program coordintators usually came up with an excuse. This happened many times.
