Thank you for taking the time to provide your review; the quality of Bright Horizons' curriculum, as well as the overall learning environment we aim to provide for children is of utmost importance to us as a company; we are extremely proud of the strides we have made in the Early Childhood Education field in this regard and to hear your thoughts on the quality of our policies is very much appreciated. Where we want the children in our care to learn in positive, nurturing, and enriching environments, we strive to have the same approach for our employees. We are so glad to hear that this was your experience! It sounds as though you were really able to experience the power of our HEART principles while at work. We also appreciate your feedback on the implementation of our policies (the “prescription” as you say!); as we continue to grow and add new centers, it is important to have a sense of consistency to ensure that a child’s experience is just as wonderful in one location as the next. Balancing that need with the understanding that each location is going to have its own culture is definitely a challenge we are happy to undertake.
