Pros
Decent company, good resources. Decent shot at moving up in career path if one desires so. Some of the spaces are designed really well. People in this field are good people.
Cons
They are a company, and money is the bottom line. For a "upper" tier preschool chain, you would think they know how to take care of their employees better, but in reality they don't. Was not impressed by their benefits package. Cost of it was high and didn't cover better than a previous employer even though Bright horizons is a multimillion dollar company.
