If there were a zero here for life work balance I would use it. This place has no boundaries. They will hound you night and day to pressure you to do what they need done but wont do themselves Office workers are all salary. They speak of culture and values but it is just words. They will use you until you have nothing left to give. Lie right to your face and smile as if they just saved your life. You never get a lunch or break. The staff internally and externally rotate so fast you never really get to know anyone. Clients complain because the caregivers and nurses are ever changing. They hire anyone they can get through the door.

They do not provide adequate training and cheat people out of pay. I was sent to a facility and given no training what so ever. I was told nothing about the residents I was to care for or any risks. When I called the office they were rude and apathetic to my concerns. Then they did not pay me for the time I was there.
