Very few at Knoxville TN branch

Cons

Difficult work environment - support staff unresponsive to field staff concerns. Worked there for months until the weekly payroll issue became too much!! You would think by law of averages payroll would be correct at least once in awhile..but it never happened. Mgmt was dismissive and reluctant to correct.

Pay, owner is A Moral, she is a scam artist and has no place in healthcare, they mess with your pay, they show favoritism with employees, the office is unorganized and rude. They don't care about the clients they just shove in bodies,no one knows what is going on there has been no in service and CPR training since before summer but they threaten your job if you don't go get it. There are no raises no benefits at ALL,
