Pros

Work from home and less people to work with.

Cons

Laid off a bunch of long standing employees and are now rehiring for similar positions. They got rid of a lot of people with knowledge of the business just to implement a new process. The new process is going to slow everything down. The 2026 health insurance has a $6000 individual deductible. And if you want that reduced you have to only go to specific providers. What is the point of a PPO then?

Pros

You can make a lot of easy money

Cons

They don’t pay for your miles, time in traffic. LA there’s a lot of traffic and there is no incentives. You literally have to negotiate so much to get your travel timed cover. You have to tell them I’m driving for 90 minutes to this patient’s house. I need travel time money or else I am not seeing the patient. You can loose 3 hours of your time in traffic and not get paid.
