Hard to say much bad about the company however, in trying to get the lowest total delivered cost to the client, some crews can feel pressure from management to deliver their best work while utilizing time management skills that some employees do not possess thus creating friction between workers and management. Best way to solve is for management to provide training and help the crews to become as efficient as possible encouraging the team to better themselves by creating a positive culture and nurture the weak while supporting the strong. This will encourage good cultural practices and develop strong effective teams that will deliver that cost and be rewarded for their efforts.

Executive leadership and strategy is incredibly short-sighted and unsustainable, prioritizing monthly/quarterly profits above everything else, including long term viability of the business. Workloads are insane, they’ll bleed you dry and won’t even say thanks.
