      Pros

      Health insurance. Company vehicle. Weekly pay. Paid time off. Many resources available. But not used effectively. Hours are not too bad.

      Cons

      No integrity. Corporate owner KKR. Not driven by customer satisfaction only bottom line dollars. Company merger was, and still is a disaster. Loosing clients daily. No loyalty. Basically s bubble gum factory.

      Pros

      The people are great. There are a lot of technical resources available for everyone to utilize. They staff utilizing E-verify so you know you're not working with some sketchy characters

      Cons

      There is a lot of trickle down management going on. With the new changes to structure the company is losing a lot of the culture that it began with.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime, decent benefits. Biggest pro for me is the guys I work with and who are in my crew, I wouldn't work with anyone else.

      Cons

      No hours at home, I spend 75% of time at work and 20% at home with my wife and the last 5% is spent sleeping or resting. If you're not in management, most likely you are just a number. You really have to stand out if you want to make it, and even if you do it doesn't mean you will go anywhere. (Personal experience)
