      Pros

      Steady work. Pay check. Company vehicle. Working here causes you to really examine closely what you value in your life, and how important your own morals are.

      Cons

      Truly experienced and proven team members driven away by me need of corporate vampires who only seek to improve their margins. If you are not willing to 'drink the cool aid', you will be eliminated. There is no room for individuality or original ideas. This is a great place to work if you are comfortable being a follower.

      Serious upper management problems

      decent benefits, good 401k plan

      Cons

      Upper management has had almost 100% turnover in last 3 years. New management is unfamiliar with landscaping industry. Employees with long tenure were fired in favor of new people. Top-Heavy. All the money is going in upper management's pockets. The people who do the most work get the least respect and pay. They suck you dry and then throw you away. New employees are hired at more pay than existing, experienced, loyal, long-time employees.

      None come to mind currently.

      Cons

      Worst company ever. people holding higher level positions with out qualifications to hold said positions. Could care less about helping or saving qualified employees who are loyal. Extreme discrimination. HR will avoid adressing the issues. Will do anything to save a dollar including making excuses as to why you no longer qualify for bonuses/ payments. Makes promises that they wont fulfill. Extremely low salary compared to expectations.
