      Pros

      Growing company with a leadership team who listens and wants to do things right for their employees AND the customer! Growth mindset - but patience in doing so to make sure it's done right! Excellent culture - positivity from top down! Leadership is very approachable and values employee input. Competitive Pay and Compensation Plan. Resources and support teams who want to help you succeed!

      Cons

      No cons - but note - this is a new company so there are some kinks to be worked out. However, leadership recognizes and acknowledges the challenges openly and is committed to improvement. And yes, the portfolio of services is limited at this time , but leadership wanted to "do no harm" Day 1. They have a solid roadmap to add more solutions, add necessary resources, and improve systems and process very soon to help the company continue to grow and to allow the employees to be successful!

      Growing Company with Great Management

      Pros

      Company is building fiber to underserved 20 State Footprint. Great management team that is focused on the Core business. Achievable Quotas. Reduced layers of management to assist with challenges.

      Cons

      Any company pursing Growth and Expansion will have obstacles, but management support helps navigate short term challenges.
