Pros

Pay is better than most places Job is fairly easy with great training Benefits are some of the best I've seen

Cons

Everyone gets paid the same, regardless of how well or how poor they work When it comes to collecting unemployment, Brink's does not send their responses and are quick to protest once you are approved, resulting in repayment of overpaid benefits regardless of whether you were honest or not about your separation. Some individuals in management or supervisor positions do not seem fit to be in that role. DOES NOT GIVE SECOND CHANCES.... Brink's is the only company that does not give second chances regardless of how minor the incident was.

Pros

The people at Brink's are hard working and plenty in Operations have true passion for the company and its success. The salary is competitive in the market.

Cons

Very close minded group of individuals with many protecting their jobs by not sharing information. Too many layers in headquarters and titles that don't make sense. Leadership in Sales is mediocre at best and business losses have mounted over the past 12 months.

Pros

The hourly folks are hard working and crave genuine leadership. Operational management is hardworking as well as the Sales side of the house from the region leadership down to the front line level. HQ still needs alot of work in terms of connecting with the field where the work gets done.

Cons

Executive leadership is very "gossipy"...everyone is walking on pins and needles and must be aware of back channel conversations to stay ahead of the information curve or you could be caught with questions that will surprise you. Product management is still trying to figure out who they want to be. The region leadership is still fractured and needs to be under local control.
