Pros

There are some really awesome staff at Bristol. They are a magnet hospital and have lots of employee programs.

Cons

A few staff members in the department where I worked were very toxic. Leadership was aware and, in some cases, were complicit. Being an ally put a target on my back.

Benefits and discounts. Although you are better off getting insurance elsewhere.

Cons

If you are anything but a doctor and a favorite nurse because you have friends who are higher ups, you won’t get treated with respect. Worked on the psych unit, awful how they treat the mentally ill. Nurses were barely on the unit, techs were expected to do everything and there was never any security on the floor. Kept people on the floor who have harassed either staff or pts.
