- All working space is divided by high walled cubicles - you might not know who's working next to you unless you work on the same project - No co-location of the team - team can be dispersed through out the offices and if you need to talk face to face - plenty of walking necessary. - No proper process in place for sortware development - no code reviews, no proper testing is done. - My ideas of introducing industry standards in software development were disregarded

Poor Salary Excessive Hours (80+ a week, I was once yelled at for coming in 10 minutes late after being there till midnight several nights proceeding it, I did not take a single day off my last 2 months there) Poorly managed (There were multiple times where I heard managers screaming and slamming hands on the desk of employees, I once heard a racial slur from a manager to a co-worker who did not return to work after that day) Have a history of hiring people and then letting them go just before the probation period
