Pros

Brock is full of extremely bright and motivated co-workers who have transformed Brock into a company highly recognized in the industry. Flexible work hours enable people work to their own timetable.

Cons

Company compenstaion package is behind the times. There is no overtime reimbushment unless you're on an out of time job site, no sick time, and the benefit package needs updating.

Pros

- nice and very fun co workers - can travel to some interesting places

Cons

- very repetitive work - low compensation - not the smartest co-workers - very flat org chart so promotions may be very difficult to get - long hours

Pros

Very friendly work environment. Opportunity to travel (although this can be a bad thing if the locations are terrible). Taken out to lunches/dinners on the company's dime.

Cons

compensation is lower than competition
