None, worst place I have ever worked, poor training program, when on the floor, no support from team members or Supervisors, do not care about providing good customer service, only care that you hit your targets.

Cons

Hostile work environment, rude, unprofessional staff, poorf morale and high turnover

- Very organized, bright, comfortable, open-concept office facility - Excellent benefits - Social club events and activities to foster relationship-building and team spirit

Cons

- Low salary - Revolving-door employee viewpoint - Management are very chummy and often or unapproachable. Many of them keep their doors closed which makes for interacting with them difficult.

-vacation/personal days were generous - co workers were friendly and helpful - pay for entry level was sufficient

Cons

There are so many to even go over but here are some: - management needs an overhaul, all management heads are friends with each other and with HR which makes it impossible to draw any attention to management problems - micromanagement is on another level, makes one feel like a child and not a professional adult, everything is monitored and it makes you feel like you are strapped to the desk - management all have their favorites and they are given advantages over others, if you are not a "favorite" don't expect to go far - my manager didn't know much about anything, questions would go unanswered or referred to someone else because He/she didn't know - was made to work Saturdays by myself before management "realized" that this might not be safe
