- Good Benefits. - Great Team Members.

Cons

- Managers micromanage you to the ground. - Management practically breaths down your neck with side by sides, meetings, one on ones multiple times a week. Only to say the same stuff and completely undermine everything employees say. - Senior management acts like they care about you, but it doesn't take a genius to tell how fake they are acting. - Barely any opportunities for growth despite claiming otherwise. As a matter of fact they made even hard to go from level one to level two. You could have an amazing year in sales and they still would tell you it isn't enough.

I would not recommend ever working for Brokerlink. This company only cares about numbers and not their employees. Manager do not know how to keep things confidential. You get fired if you go above to higher management. This company will destroy your mental health. Promise one thing and get another.
