The only pro was the experience working in a hospital. I took this knowledge and applied it else where.
Cons
The work environment was often stressful, with little support from management. The leadership was not transparent, and there was a lack of communication between departments. I felt that the workload was overwhelming at times, with little recognition for hard work or effort. Additionally, the compensation was not competitive for the amount of work and responsibility required. Employee feedback was often dismissed, and there seemed to be little opportunity for professional growth or advancement.
