      New hire orientation is comprehensive & intense but well-organized, up-to-date, presented clearly and thoroughly using both digital content & printed material as well as interactive (hands-on) training tools and exercises, led by healthcare providers/ instructors with varied degree levels of training, specialty interests, and years of experience...each with an exceptionally amazing ability to teach. A+++

      Floor nurses the exact opposite of orientation nurse instructors...with their extra-traumatized, extremely defensive and highly toxic and reactive ego running wild, senselessly, unchecked, unaccounted for, ripping havoc on anyone, anytime (co-workers and patients alike) contributing to the ripple effect of workplace toxic nursing in the healthcare field world-wide. Thanks, but no thanks.
