Supportive staff, but the facility is unprofessional

Pros

Overall the staff is nice and willing to help, but the facility needs to do better. Pay is decent.

Cons

There should be no reason why there’s only 2 functioning blood pressure machines on the floor. The patient staff ratios are no good. Sometimes we can get 7-8 patients.

Union benefits are great. Increases every year

Cons

Working at Bronxleb is very stressful, the work load is not heavy but management is very inconsiderate, not flexible, rude to staff and the facility is outdated. No remote work allowed. No support for the staff from upper management. It’s a toxic work environment

The pay is good. But if want your clinical license run from this place.

Cons

No clinical hours. During interview said was willing to provide supervision then blocks you from getting supervision. It's disgusting. Already looking for another job.
