No pressure to work effectively because the hospital is too disorganized and can’t retain employees long enough to develop them. So low expectations. Just show up and they’re happy.

Cons

Patient population is a disaster. 15% are actually sick and NEED to be hospitalized, 40% use this place like a clinic to refill meds, get dialysis, etc., the rest are just malingering and abusive to staff

Frequent floating to other units. Low staffing in entire hospital. Over working nurses. Reallocation of patients to all units in the hospital regardless of experience. Availability of supplies
