When comparing with other companies I've worked at, I do not have any pros for working here.
Cons
-There is a desire for the appearance of racial diversity, but not respect for racial diversity. When someone in Human Resources says to you "I know you think I'm just another white girl" while being dismissive toward your concerns of being discriminated against based on your race, it's clear that POC are there to create the facade of a diverse workplace. - Fresh ideas are sought only to be widdled down to something slightly different from what's been done for years - Ridiculously strict "casual dress" dress code for the day in age - Refused to offer any company-wide hybrid work options given where things are in the world relating to COVID - Not treated like an adult - Bullies in leadership
