Pros

Stress is offset by flexible PTO policies Standard office amenities Middle management doesn't push for anything otherworldly (more on this below) Company does value movement as a core tenant

Cons

Middle management is made up of people who started an internship a decade ago and have never left. This leads to a lot of thought "inbreeding" with lack of new ideas and new ways of doing things. This isn't likely to change, the new blood that is brought onboard is quickly taught the old ways of doing things and the status quo continues.

They offer you free gear if you are the right size

Cons

Minimal pay, toxic culture, and unless you drink the Kool-Aid, there's no advancement opportunities.
