Pros

Run and use gym at work. Talk running with others. Live and breathe an active and healthy lifestyle. The job perks connect with a runner's lifestyle - $100 for annual health/fitness, race entries, discounted and sometimes free running gear.

Cons

The pay is low for Seattle standards and they tend to hire from outside inside of promote from within. Your career development is solely in our own hands.
