The majority of people are fun and have similar interests. Brooks needs to make sure they continue to hire people that share the culture and values they promote. Healthcare benefits are pretty decent Great gear and employee discount Leadership is fairly transparent and conveys what is happening with the company and industry

Cons

Pay is not up to par with cost of living in Seattle Not a lot of open opportunities to grow internally and inconsistency of managers supporting employees with career growth/goals There needs to be a bit more effort to boost employee morale when times are tough
