Pros

Great location, focus on running, wholly owned by Berkshire Hathaway, genuine kind and caring culture. Inclusive environment; employees and company promote and enable active engagement in the sport and product of running

Cons

Organizational structure obstructs innovation; running industry has its limitations; lack of diversity in experience and thinking among employee base. Struggling with identity as mid-size corporation versus niche manufacturer.

Pros

Good intentions and willingness to help employees.

Cons

Stuck in old way of thinking that consumers care about a "vertical running brand". Delusional thinking around the power of the run and its ability to move apparel. CEO surrounds himself with only those who agree with his out dated world view.
