People love what they do and are passionate about their work at Brooks. They believe in each other and making the world a better place.
Cons
The issue comes from a growing company who is struggling to find their true north and support the ambitious employees they recruited. It's difficult to get the information necessary to complete your job or accomplish anything and when you do, the work often gets caught up in higher committees where decisions are made without any insight to the project and you're left with their end decision.
