Pros

The employees really care about making the company stronger. Everyone wants to see the brand grow and be successful. Great product!

Cons

It’s still a boys club. In order to be promoted or paid what you are worth you MUST be in the club. If you’re not, don’t even try. Culture is declining and the company doesn’t know how to turn it around. Communication is declining and constant restructuring is the new norm.
