fantastic smart people who have great experience working at other great companies. a ton of talent and fun brand spirit.

Cons

complete chaos in product and marketing mismanaged and no real direction other than company push to make hundreds of millions.

-Flexible work schedule -Great new global HQ -Lunch on site at an affordable price -Discounted product

Cons

-Rarely hire internally like Brooks used to -LOW PAY!!!! You have to leave the company and come back to make decent money - Brooks pays low b/c they know people want to work for the company so low ball -Trying to act like small company (company runs), etc but no one participates anymore -Executive team is disengaged with the rest of the company
