Career development, vertical growth opportunity and behind other industry leaders with go to market strategies.

Great people, alot of them young between 20-40, so do not nessacarily have experiences in other companies but do share alot of enthusiasm.

Cons

company is going through a lot of changes in company structure in EMEA, its abit fragmented in terms of leadership and collectiveness

This company has provided more opportunities for learning than I've experienced anywhere else. The review process is thorough, and rewards for the business succeeding are shared. Running at work with other runners is great.

Cons

The company is going through some growing pains. There have been a lot of changes in roles and responsibilities and it can be hard to keep up with the changes.
