Pros

For years the company has been doing great. The footwear side has a great market following. The next 12 months look promising. The actual work itself is good and there's a lot to do each day. Running is highly encouraged and it's wonderful to have been part of a company which supports a healthy lifestyle. I'm a lifetime Adrenaline fan!

Cons

While the next 12 months look good I would question it after that. The unraveling that's happening internally may start to be visible soon. The culture is rapidly falling apart, not just changing. The frat boys and sorority girls are holding the keys to success. Political maneuvering is rewarded over consistent hard work and reliability. Career development is an exercise in carrot-on-a-stick nonsense and can easily be measured by how many Brooks veterans are disgruntled by the lack of support for position mobility. Smiling to people's faces then back-stabbing them is a regular occurrence. The more and more people we hire it seems that they are less and less likely to contribute anything but middleman management. Sometimes they even have a hard time explaining what they do here.

Pros

- RUN HAPPY vibe permeates most everything the company does - Business on a great trajectory, lot of growth potential - Management genuinely cares about employees - Everyday work life is fun - with great colleagues, frequent social gatherings, etc. - New office location is great, future headquarters building will be even better - Reasonable work hours - Ample (high-quality) career training opportunities - Great discounts on gear, lots of free product and race giveaways - Visionary CEO and product leadership is inspiring to watch and learn from

Cons

- Promotion track can be slow (unless you start at the bottom, where it is quite good) - Vacation policy a bit stingy, overall benefits aren't fantastic. - I could probably come up with more, but really splitting hairs...

Pros

-lots of fun people -social atmosphere -focused -moving to Seattle -great product

Cons

-total boys club. Huge lack of women in leadership positions and those that are fit the typical positions (HR, Customer Service, etc.). Women are not encouraged here -acceptance of leadership for poor behaviour, espeically acceptable by men -lack of respect between coworkers if they disagree with people -company is growing but not a lot of growth opportunities -super clique... -not great work life balance....lots of work!
