UNIVERSITY EMERGENCY MEDICINE FOUNDATION IS A hostile workplace. Management will do anything they can to cover their butts. The do not follow employment laws, ADA Laws, FMLA laws. No progressive discipline. They fire anyone for any reason. They consistently use the "you are an employee at will, we can fire for any reason at any time", to the extent that it effects employees morale. Most administrative employees are concerned about being terminated at anytime because throughout the years it has happened on a regular basis. Physicians are treated completely differently than administrative employee. Management will lie, create false documentation, coerece other employee to lie and verbally abuse and harass and intimidate administrative personnel to get them to do what they want. Unprofessional managerial behavior. Beware!
