Pros

Good pay, good benefits, reliable schedule

Cons

Only get 20 minutes of break per 8 hours, involuntary overtime is very common, only get weekends off if you have saved PTO and request it 3 weeks in advance

Don't be lured by pay

Pros

Most managers are good people caught in a terrible system

Cons

Don't allow yourself to be enticed by good pay. This company has high standards for quality and a super brand and customer service, but they treat their employees horribly. I mean horribly. They 100% do not care about you as a person. They view you as hours needed to complete a task. They tell you you are expendable and there are plenty of others who would like your job You have to do the work of at least two people, and they schedule your work days differently- you will work nine days straight and only have one day off, then seven days straight and only one day off, and then occasionally two days off or even three or four on rare occasions, but it is always changing, so you are never able to schedule any significant events in your life as they only let you know your schedule about seven days out. If you dare to speak about it they may put more eyes on you for having a possible bad attitude and can fire you at any time for any reason- they don't have to tell you the reason. You live in constant fear of doing something wrong and getting written up for it. There is NO job security and it is constant pressure. They say you can have a break but many times you simply are not able to have one because the work is so urgent and so much. There are some really good managers and some who are condescending and rude, but overall, there is absolutely no concern for you as a person, it is all about getting the task done, even though treating you better as a person would make the job be done better, I am trapped here because I need the money and if I could I would quit in a heartbeat but I can't, Overall it is a demoralizing, wearing down experience in a horrible system. All I can say is DO NOT BE ENTICED BY THE PAY. It is not worth it and I work here!

Pros

There are almost no pros besides the fact I enjoyed working with some of my team.

Cons

This place is like working in a dictatorship. Management will tell you to do someone else’s job and when you question why that individual or team can’t do it they will say “I told you to do it so that makes it your job now.” Sorry, that’s not how that works. They will tell you to give them an 8 hour window of availability then will demand you be available for an extra 4 hours before and after and will schedule you how they want regardless. Phone usage is a no go and the first time is a termination. No real break unless state laws require it. You get paid to take management BS, but your worth and mental health is beyond that pay, I promise it isn’t worth it. As you move up, when you tell someone to do something any manager can tell them to do something else immediately, making anything you said moot. Unless you live in Texas the benefits are useless aside from 401k. You will not be told important information if you are off the day the information is transmitted to the rest of the team, but you will be the one at fault for that. You cannot ask to adjust days off if the schedule is released because they do not care about your personal life outside of work. Honestly, avoid the place completely, there are other options for employment and this place will never take care of you. I was there for 3 years and that was 3 years too much.
