Pros

They offer a competitive hourly wage and the work environment is overall positive as the customers are generally happy and excited to be there making it easy and fun to interact with them. I get along with everyone from all departments so I look forward to working as I enjoy working with and talking to everyone.

Cons

They are not flexible when it comes to a permanent schedule. As a college student, I need a specific amount of time to dedicate to my studies but even if I show proof that I cannot work due to class I am still scheduled. Since scheduling is done by the computer and not a person, I must constantly remind the managers that I cannot work past a particular time due to my classes as the computer will schedule me outside my work hours. The policy of being on time is a good one but you will be written up for clocking a minute late even if the situation is out of your control.

Pros

Pay Double pay on holidays Free drinks

Cons

Favoritism If you do your job well they just have you do everyone else's job while they just stand and talk. Hard workers get more work and the ones that don't get praised.

Pros

The pay is above minimum wage. You get paid weekly.

Cons

A five minute break, absolutely not allowed to sit down, no benefits, you have to comply with their dress code the second you step out of your car even though your not on the clock, they don't want you using your cell phone until your in your car and driving off the premises, you have to have a doctors note every time you miss work, you get written up for being a minute late. Managers have double standards. They get to sit and eat lunch, use their phone whenever they want. They watch your every move. Your not supposed to socialize outside of work with anybody in a white shirt but white shirts socialize with their favorite employees. I was even told not to contact a manager to wish them to get well. Sometimes it feels like I am in a cult. I could go on and on. The job seems fun at first and then your eyes are opened to all their ridiculous ways but your stuck b/c you have bills to pay.
