Pros

Cool people, and modern work environment. Having a hybrid work schedule and catered lunch were nice perks. The managers genuinley try to help and support you.

Cons

In my time there I saw hand fulls of other sales reps get fired. The quota seemed very hard to hit, and if you couldn't you were fired. They would fire without warning or transparency. Some people would get a pip, other times they would just put a meeting on your calendar and HR would be there. I left out of not feeling stable in my role.

Pros

- hybrid (3 days a week in office T,W,TH) - free delicious lunches delivered to office - culture in sales pit is fun, casual, welcoming, filled with young adults - management was great, so kind, truly invested in your success, understanding, loved all of the SDR managers!

Cons

- low base pay (though probably industry standard ish & commission obviously helps) - high volume cold calling/metrics to hit (but doable) - sales pit is small/crowded, hard to focus sometimes if you prefer quiet setting - training was good but felt fast. i didn't feel ready to start calling/speaking about product yet just a few weeks in

Pros

There is an opportunity to gain exposure and experience quickly due to the fast-paced environment, and lunch is provided when working in the office.

Cons

This workplace has serious issues, including unsafe conditions, unfair work expectations, and a complete lack of training or professional development. A pervasive hire-and-fire culture creates constant fear and instability, leaving employees with no sense of job security. Teams are highly disorganized, leadership offers little to no real direction, and the environment is excessively intense and unwelcoming. Leadership lacks fundamental management and people-leading skills, relying on empty buzzwords and fear-based tactics to force engagement instead of providing support, clarity, or growth. Overall, poor organization, ineffective leadership, and a culture rooted in fear make this an unsustainable and damaging place to work.
