Teams are highly disorganized, leadership offers little to no real direction, and the environment is excessively intense and unwelcoming. Leadership lacks fundamental management and people-leading skills, relying on empty buzzwords and fear-based tactics to force engagement instead of providing support, clarity, or growth. Overall, poor organization, ineffective leadership, and a culture rooted in fear make this an unsustainable and damaging place to work.
