Pros

Office vibes and coworkers are nice. Food in office for lunch.

Cons

Extremely toxic management. They’ve told multiple people by “this” date with “that” performance you’ll be promoted. Liars. The rules soon changed. Heavy favoritism in SDR world. It’s a rodeo.

Pros

A paycheck is the only pro. Well, my friends here are a plus as well. Trauma bonding at its finest.

Cons

Company wide morale is down. We struggle and we see our executives struggle. It's just a circle of doom. We've been told of pay changes that are coming and they never came. The only thing that is consistent is higher expectations.

Thank you for sharing this. The frustration around pay changes being communicated but not following through is an important concern to raise, and we understand how that can erode trust over time. Your HRBP is available to talk through what you’re experiencing and we’d encourage you to reach out. -BuildOps Team

Pros

- Most of my coworkers were great. - Work from home.

Cons

- Toxic management. Starts from the top down. It sounds even worse now than it was when I was there. - Unrealistic expectations. - Blatant favoritism. - Rugpulling - they'll tell you by x date with y performance you'll be promoted and then they change the rules.
